My Story
Hi, I'm Mason Hughes, and I'm 13 years old. In my spare time, I’ve discovered a passion for crafting furniture from repurposed wood. I love the idea of taking something old and forgotten and turning it into something useful and beautiful. Each piece I create teaches me something new, and with every project, I challenge myself to improve my designs and techniques. When I’m not busy studying at school, I’m playing rugby for both my club and school, training and competing in Olympic weightlifting, or enjoying time as a member of the Air Cadets. I also make sure to balance everything with time for my friends and family. Crafting furniture has become not just a hobby, but a way to express my creativity and give old materials a second life, and I’m excited to share that passion with you through my work!
